In November 2021 the Austrian Red Cross, MES-A and ARCS organized SOP trainings for the Volunteer Fire Rescue Groups in Garni and Mets Parni.

The following Standard Operating Procedures have been developed for the Volunteer Fire Rescue Groups of Garni and Mets Parni by the Austrian Red Cross, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian Red Cross Society:
