On 25-27th of October and 1-3rd of November the Georgian Red Cross Society organised Disaster Management, Psychosocial Support and First Aid trainings in Akhlatsikhe and Borjomi municipalities for the Joint Volunteer Teams established jointly by Emergency Management Services of Georgia (EMS-G) and the Georgian Red Cross Society (GRCS).
On 18th of November 2021 a first simulation exercise has been organised in Garni by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian Red Cross Society and the local Municipality.
On 16th of November 2021 a first simulation exercise has been organised in Mets Parni by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian Red Cross Society and the local Municipality.
In September 2021 the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia organised several practical and theoretical refresher trainings for the Volunteer Fire Rescue Groups of Garni and Mets Parni municipalities.
In March 2021 a complete set of professional trainings was organized for the Volunteer Fire Rescue Groups (VFRG) of Mets Parni and Garni municipalities. Each group includes 40 volunteers who have been selected according to strict criteria defined in the Volunteer Development Plan specifically drafted for Armenia.
On 4th and 5th of November 2020, the international research exchange workshop has been organized in a full on-line mode with 35 remote participants from CP and RC organizations in Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, AutRC and RAN partners along with other participants from ECHO, IFRC, and PPRD 3 East project.
